Irene is an education policy and program management professional with proven expertise in monitoring and evaluating several education programs, including Literacy Boost programs in Niger, Ethiopia, Ghana, Malawi and Nepal. She is also good in motivating young students in classroom settings. Irene has led the development of operating procedures for the Global Partnership for Education’s monitoring function and has experience in collaborating with multicultural international teams, adapting to diverse contexts, languages, cultures.
